I had a pleasant stay overall at the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, although they could definitely use some updates. The staff went above and beyond to be helpful, which made a significant difference. However, the hotel is somewhat dated, and the dining options could use improvement, especially when it comes to cooking in your room.

I had a lovely stay at Reef Palms, where the convenient airport shuttle and delicious continental breakfast made my mornings pleasant. The beachfront boardwalk was just a short walk away, and the staff went above and beyond, even couriering my lost phone back to me. While the location is a bit out of the hustle and bustle of CBD, it's great for those with a hire car. The only downside was a slightly uncomfortable moment some family members encountered during our stay.
